Your Responsibilities:
• Create and execute innovative dessert compositions
• Organize mise en place, ordering, and cost calculation
• Ensure quality control and compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a well-rounded menu experience

Your Profile:
• Completed training as a chef or pastry chef
• Experience in high-end gastronomy or patisserie
• Passion for desserts and a strong sense of aesthetics
