We are happy that for 2018 Stefan is one of the 6 nominees chosen from from the best young chefs in Germany. Stefan Barnhusen becomes the new Chef

On May 1st Stefan Barnhusen has taken over the position of Chef. The last 10 years in his career he has been cooking in 3-, 2- and 1 star Restaurants as a Sous Chef und now his first appointment as Chef is his new challenge. We strongly believe that his abilities will take the "Jellyfish" to an even higher level in excellence.

Gourmet magazine "Der Feinschmecker" elects us fish & seafood restaurant No. 1 in Germany in his March 2018 edition. We won the competition between Germany's 12 best fish restaurants.
The first Michelin Star for the „Jellyfish“

We are soooo proud: On 14.11.2017 the Guide Michelin awarded us our first star and makes us Hamburg's No.1 fish & seafood restaurant.
